Windows
NHR will contact the homeowner within 48 hours to schedule a short visit by a factory trained technician. This may seem unusual but we find that the measurements are more accurate. The manufacturer will also guarantee the accuracy of the window measurements. These measure techs will often pick up on unique situations and inform NHR of them. This is good for NHR and the homeowner. The windows will be ordered at this time.
will be set at the time of the sale, however the homeowner will be contacted when the windows come out of production to pick an exact date for installation of the windows. Window jobs with 18 windows or less will usually be installed in one day.
will be done one or two nights before the installation date. At this time NHR will remind the homeowner to move cars out of the driveway, move breakables that may be near the window openings and remove blinds.
will usually begin between 830 and 930am. Our supervisors and crew leaders will see that the home is protected before we proceed with your project. Siding
Will be taken within a week of the sale. A field supervisor who will measure for all materials and accessories does these new measurements. He may also pick up on some installation-oriented subtleties that will help us prepare for the upcoming installation.

Roofing
with the homeowner will be made one or two weeks before the agreed starting date to update and or confirm the schedule.

At NHR we have large crews which allow us to work efficiently on your roof while clean up is performed throughout the day. This allows our Certainteed Master Shingle Applicators to concentrate on applying the shingles and accessories.
is taken very seriously at NHR. Clean up will be preformed throughout the day so as not to leave a large mess to clean up after the roof is completed. NHR employs large crews so that our Master Shingle Applicators can concentrate on properly installing the shingles while our clean up crews concentrate on ground maintenance. We will clean all gutters including blowing new roof aggregate out. We will also use magnets to do our best to get all the nails from the ground.
